Terms and conditions - Battery tickets 2021
About the events
All attendees at 2021 Dunbar Music Festival events at the Battery must be over the age of 8. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
No dogs will be permitted into events, with the exception of assistance dogs.
Accessible seats are available, but must be booked at the time of purchase. Dunbar Music Festival cannot guarantee that accessibility needs will be met without prior notice at the time of purchase. Complimentary personal assistant tickets are available for those people who are unable to attend without a personal assistant. Requests for a complimentary ticket must be made as part of the booking. (Read the full accessibility guide on the Battery website)
Guests are expected to remain in their allocated seats for the duration of the event, except when using toilet facilities or licensed bar.
A limited number of tickets will be released for locations where standing will provide the best view of performances. Seating is provided, but use may result in a restricted view. These tickets will be identified as such.
Those wishing to purchase drinks can do so from the licenced bar. No drinks are permitted to be brought on or off site.
The Battery is a no smoking zone for the duration of the Dunbar Music Festival events.
We will use the contact details you supply through the ticket booking process to enable us to comply with our obligations to support Covid track and trace.
We would prefer you to wear a mask while moving around the site as you would at a pub or cafe, but as Scottish Government guidance has updated since 9 August, this won't be enforced.
Do not attend the events if you exhibit Covid symptoms. For everyone’s safety we would appreciate you undertake a lateral flow device test 48 hours before you attend. (Find out how to order a test to be delivered to your home)
